This book will always hold such a special place in my heart. 🥹 The story follows Winter and Theo, two people who start off completely at odds but slowly find something real and beautiful between them. Their relationship is the perfect mix of tension, growth, and heart. 💞

Theo is the outgoing one — full of charm and warmth — while Winter starts off reserved, guarded, and hesitant to let anyone in. I loved watching him gently help her open up and rediscover parts of herself she’d hidden away. The way their walls come down, piece by piece, felt so natural and tender.

Out of all the books in the Chestnut Springs series, this one is hands-down my favorite. There’s just something about Theo that makes my heart ache in the best way. 💔 The moment he finds out he has a daughter completely changes him — seeing him step up, grow, and embrace fatherhood was beautiful but also bittersweet. It broke me a little that he missed out on so much of her early life, but it made his love for her even more powerful. 🥺

This was actually my second reread, and honestly, I don’t think I could ever get bored of this story. Every time I pick it up, I fall in love with Winter and Theo all over again. The chemistry, the character growth, the emotional depth — it’s everything I want in a romance. 🤍

If you’re looking for a story that will make you feel — that perfect mix of heartbreak, healing, and pure love — this is the one.
